 When you schedule service for more than one fireplace during the same visit, we offer a special multi-unit discount to make it easy and affordable to keep your whole home safe and cozy.

• Full Service:
   
  • First fireplace at regular rate ($250 for vented / $200 for vent-free)
     
  • $25 off each additional fireplace serviced during the same appointment
     
  • Includes a complete cleaning, safety inspection, ignition system check, and vent/damper evaluation (for vented units).
     
• Safety Inspection Only:
   
  • First fireplace at regular inspection rate ($175 for vented / $125 for vent-free)
     
  • $20 off each additional fireplace inspected during the same appointment
     
  • Includes a full safety check, vent inspection, and operational testing of all key components.
