 At FireWise Services, we do our best to arrive right at your scheduled time. However, because each service varies in length and travel times can shift throughout the day, appointment times include a flexible arrival window.

Your technician may arrive a little earlier or a little later than the scheduled time but don’t worry, we’ll always keep you updated.

You’ll receive a courtesy call or text if your appointment time changes, or if we’re running ahead or behind schedule.
